HiMyPet 提供桌面宠物软件授权和个性化数字宠物内容包。购买或使用 HiMyPet，即表示你同意本条款。
购买年龄
购买者必须年满 18 岁，或达到其所在国家或地区的法定成年年龄。未成年人必须由父母或法定监护人完成购买。HiMyPet 的服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
购买内容与价格
Basic 价格为 $19.90，包含 Basic 客户端永久授权码和 1 只宠物 Basic 定制内容包。Pro 价格为 $35.90，包含 Pro 客户端永久授权码和 1 只宠物 Pro 定制内容包。两种套餐均为一次性付费，不是订阅。
设备与更新
每笔订单的授权码限 1 台电脑使用。当前大版本内的软件更新免费；未来重大版本升级不承诺免费，届时可能需要另行购买。
Mac 兼容性
客户端需要 macOS 11 Big Sur 或更高版本，仅支持 Apple Silicon（M1/M2/M3/M4 及后续芯片）。不支持 Intel Mac 和 Windows。购买前请确认你的 Mac 芯片和系统版本符合要求。
交付内容
制作完成后，我们会通过订单邮箱交付对应客户端授权码、定制内容包和使用说明。客户端安装包可以提前免费下载，但完整功能需要有效授权码激活。
个性化内容
定制内容包会根据你提交的宠物照片和备注制作。你需要确认自己有权使用并提交这些照片。
照片授权与使用范围
你授权 HiMyPet 在订单处理、人工审核、内容制作、测试、交付和售后支持范围内使用你提交的宠物照片和宠物形象。未经你额外明确同意，我们不会将你的宠物照片或定制内容用于公开广告、案例展示、素材转售、训练数据集或其他无关商业用途。
用户责任
如果你上传的图片包含他人、他人宠物、商标、作品、隐私信息或其他第三方权益内容，你需要确保已取得合法授权。因你上传内容引发的纠纷、索赔或损失，由你自行承担相应责任。
交付时间
个性化内容包需要人工制作和审核。通常在收到可用照片和付款信息后 24-72 小时内交付。
软件使用
桌面客户端仅供个人使用。你不得转售、重新分发、逆向工程或滥用软件及内容包。

HiMyPet is operated by Lubin Ge as a sole proprietor under the HiMyPet name, located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Our customer-service email is foxinfoxiang@gmail.com, and we usually reply within 2 business days.
HiMyPet provides desktop pet software licenses and personalized digital pet content packs. By purchasing or using HiMyPet, you agree to these terms.
Age requirement
Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country or region, whichever applies. A minor must have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase. HiMyPet is not directed to children under 13.
Purchase contents and prices
Basic costs $19.90 and includes a perpetual Basic client license key and one custom Basic pet content pack. Pro costs $35.90 and includes a perpetual Pro client license key and one custom Pro pet content pack. Both plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Devices and updates
Each order's license key may be used on one computer. Software updates within the current major version are free. Future major-version upgrades are not guaranteed to be free and may require a separate purchase.
Mac compatibility
The client requires macOS 11 Big Sur or later and supports Apple Silicon Macs only (M1, M2, M3, M4, or later). Intel Mac and Windows are not supported. Confirm your Mac chip and macOS version before purchasing.
What you receive
After production is complete, your order email will receive the selected client license key, custom content pack, and setup instructions. The installer may be downloaded for free before purchase, but full functionality requires activation with a valid license key.
Personalized content
Custom content packs are created from the pet photos and notes you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you provide.
Photo authorization and use scope
You authorize HiMyPet to use submitted pet photos and pet likenesses for order processing, manual review, content creation, testing, delivery, and customer support. Without your additional explicit consent, we will not use your pet photos or custom content for public advertising, portfolio display, asset resale, training datasets, or unrelated commercial purposes.
User responsibility
If your uploaded images include other people, other people's pets, trademarks, copyrighted works, private information, or other third-party rights, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful permission. You are responsible for disputes, claims, or losses caused by content you upload.
Delivery
Personalized content packs are manually created and reviewed. Typical delivery time is 24-72 hours after we receive usable photos and payment information.
Software
The desktop client is provided for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the software or content packs.
