HiMyPet 销售数字软件访问和个性化数字内容包。由于定制内容需要人工制作,退款会根据订单制作进度处理。
制作开始前
如果你的订单尚未开始制作,可以通过订单邮箱联系 support@himypet.me 申请退款。
制作开始后
一旦个性化制作已经开始,除非我们无法交付所购买的内容,否则通常不提供退款。
质量问题
如果交付内容存在明显问题,请在 7 天内联系我们。我们会根据情况提供修改或其他合理解决方案。

HiMyPet sells digital software access and personalized digital content packs. Because custom content is manually produced, refunds depend on the production status of your order.
Before production starts
If production has not started, you may request a refund by emailing support@himypet.me with your order email.
After production starts
Once personalized work has started, refunds may not be available unless we are unable to deliver the purchased content.
Quality issues
If there is a clear delivery or quality issue, contact us within 7 days. We may provide revisions or another reasonable solution.
